Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Module Integration Engineer to own module steps in FEOL, MOL or BEOL and drive yield improvements across Tech Nodes. You will manage systematic defects, guide projects to cure systematics, and oversee CD targeting within the module while coordinating process changes with Change Control Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry or related field.
• 3+ years of experience Process/Module Integration / Yield Engineering in semiconductor manufacturing.
• 10+ years and/or FINFET experience highly preferred.
• Expertise in Data analyses software (ex: JMP/Spotfire).

Responsibilities

• Owning Module Integration for a specific group of steps within the Process flow.
• Managing all systematic defect and device/parametric yield issues for these steps.
• Leading projects to cure systematics from the technology or to improve detection.
• Managing critical dimension targeting and variation control within the Module.
• Reviewing yield, cost, throughput related process changes across the factory.
