Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Module Integration Engineer (MIE) to drive FEOL integration for Nanosheet/Polycrystalline Gate (NS/PC) in the 2nm GAA program. The role focuses on module health, yield, and defect investigations in a fast-paced fab environment on-site in Austin.
You will own module integration for specified process steps, lead design of experiments, coordinate with FE, MFG, QR teams, and report to leadership.

We are seeking an experienced Module Integration Engineer (MIE) for Nanosheet/Polycrystalline Gate (NS/PC) semiconductor process. This role will be responsible for module health and FEOL integration in 2nm GAA technology nodes.
The current base salary range for this role is between $95,000 - $120,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
