THE POSITION

As a EPC Program Director here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing a team of projects managers/technical staff and ensuring the successful execution of programs. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs.

You will report directly to our Senior Program Director and you'll work out of our Houston, TX or Rosemont, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact comprehensive strategic alignment, program efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, team leadership, mentoring and development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and organizational growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of programs, contributing to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in program management or related roles
  • 10+ years of EPC experience and background

PREFERRED
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Experienced in managing $100M plus Modular project in Petro-Chemical/Renewable industries
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in a global organization
  • Experience in leading large-scale program management teams
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and oversee program management activities
  • Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage project of $100M+ in cost with a task force team of 10-50 indirect reports
  • Project management and delivery of modular solution
