Job summary

Quantum Qubes is seeking a detail-oriented Draftsperson or Architectural Designer to translate complex engineering concepts into precise, permit-ready drawings. You will work with Archicad or Revit to develop 3D models and 2D documentation for modular homes and buildings.

Strong knowledge of steel framing, modular detailing, and MEP coordination is required, with a focus on international standards and cross-border collaboration with teams in the USA, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience with Archicad or Revit for BIM and drafting deliverables.
• Strong understanding of modular steel construction detailing.
• Ability to produce permit-ready construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 3D models and 2D drawings using Archicad or Revit.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections and roof framing drawings.
• Create wall and exterior detailing for modular assemblies.
• Draft Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC layouts for coordination.
• Support structural engineers with fabrication drawings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IBC/IRC/NCC and local permits.
• Deliver AutoCAD DWG, PDF sets and BIM models.
