Job summary

Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Senior Architectural Project Manager for a hybrid role in Austin, TX (or Chandler, AZ or Troy, MI). You will lead architectural projects from design through construction, coordinating internal teams, external consultants, and manufacturing partners to deliver on time and within scope.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring constructible documentation and fabrication-ready deliverables while leveraging Revit

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in architecture, project management, design-build, or modular construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and complex schedules.
• Experience coordinating Architects of Record, Engineers of Record, and specialty consultants.
• Strong knowledge of construction administration and documentation.
• Familiarity with modular construction and manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in Revit and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads architectural projects through schematic design to construction.
• Manages project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary teams across architecture, structural, MEP, manufacturing, and construction.
• Facilitates project meetings and communicates updates and risks.
• Ensures alignment with scope, schedule, quality standards.
• Manages Architects of Record, Engineers of Record, and consultants.
• Reviews consultant deliverables for quality and schedule.
• Directs and coordinates design teams across multiple projects.
• Supports transition from design to fabrication-ready deliverables.
