Job summary

BLUE ARC HOMES in Canada is seeking a dynamic Residential Architect/Designer to lead the design and development of residential projects from concept sketches to detailed construction documents, blending aesthetic appeal with practical efficiency.

You will create drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max and Rhino, coordinate with clients and engineers, supervise site visits, and guide projects from proposal through construction while managing timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of residential projects from concept to construction documents.
• Create drawings and models using CAD/BIM software to communicate design intent.
• Prepare construction documents that adhere to codes and zoning regulations.
• Coordinate with clients to understand vision and guide project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants for system integration.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address on-site challenges.
• Assist in proposals, presentations, and client development efforts.
• Manage project timelines and budgets using project management tools.
