Single Grain LLC in the United States seeks a Reddit Marketing Program Manager to lead brand and performance initiatives on Reddit, building presence in key subreddits and driving measurable engagement and conversions. You will blend strategy, content creation, and community management, leveraging Reddit culture, Ahrefs, and AI tools to optimize campaigns, reports, and ROI.

Remote-first role with US time-zone overlap.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs agency or multi-brand Reddit + community management ownership with direct client management.
• Record of ≤25% annual churn and ≥20% YoY qualified-lead growth across accounts.
• Wins on non-Google surfaces (YouTube, Reddit, etc.).
• Expert in Ahrefs, Reddit measurement
• Comfortable prompt-engineering and leveraging AI for research, outlines, internal linking, QA.
• Clear communicator who simplifies complexity for C-level and mentors junior talent.

Responsibilities

• Establish Brand Presence & Trust with target subreddits and authentic posts and comments.
• Drive measurable performance: boost engagement, funnel traffic to conversions, improve branded keyword visibility.
• Scale content and engagement: manage posting plan across multiple subreddits and teams.
• Prove ROI: create transparent reports linking Reddit activity to ROI and ongoing growth.
• Operationalize Reddit Marketing: define workflows for ideation, creation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Enable sustainable growth by positioning Reddit as a durable channel for brand credibility and leads.
