Job summary

Moderna in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior ModelN Solution Architect to join the Digital Commercial organization to support Revenue Management capabilities. This role acts as a hands-on techno-functional expert focusing on ModelN configurations, data flows, reporting, and integrations across contract operations, pricing, rebates, and gross-to-net processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications and revenue management platforms.
• Hands-on ModelN Revenue Cloud/Revenue Management experience including configuration and reporting.
• Strong experience with US pharmaceutical revenue management processes such as chargebacks, rebates, pricing and Gross-to-Net.
• Senior techno-functional experience bridging business process and system configuration.
• Experience with platform configuration, access controls, and production support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into design and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior techno-functional SME for Moderna's Revenue Management platform with ModelN focus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive timely execution.
• Support ModelN configuration, including business rules, workflows, data, and reporting.
• Coordinate integration touchpoints with SAP, Boomi, EDI, and master data teams.
• Oversee or support governance, access controls, and SOX-related activities.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and audit-ready reports.
• Lead SDLC activities for Revenue Management enhancements from intake to post-production support.
