Zohorecruit seeks a Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams for Model N Revenue Management solutions. You will lead design, configurations, and integrations, delivering with Flex delivery models.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide workshops, support UAT, and provide post-go-live optimization across Revenue Management, Chargebacks, Rebates, and Incentives. 8–12+ years IT and 5+ years with Model N preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on with Model N implementations or support.
• Experience with Flex or managed services delivery models.
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Strong collaboration between business and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Model N functional expert across modules such as: Revenue Management, Chargebacks, Rebates, and Incentives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Lead functional design workshops, user story creation, and solution walkthroughs.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
• Provide post-go-live functional support and optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with Flex delivery leads to support scalable and efficient project execution.
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts on Model N functionality.
