You will lead development using AFSIM and STK, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across programs to deliver validated simulations and analyses.

U.S. citizenship and a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility are required; travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 5+ years of related work experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Senior level requires 8+ years in STEM, or Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Develop models and simulations using GOTS tools like AFSIM in a classified environment.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers while collaborating across levels and programs.
• Communicate findings clearly and document approaches for verification and validation.
