Job summary

SimTech, Inc. in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Senior Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Analyst to join our diverse team. The role supports the Missile Defense Agency, analyzing the OSF, and delivering analytical support across distributed HWIL simulations.

You will develop Python tools, verify configurations, and collaborate with engineers and government partners to ensure high-quality test campaigns. A TS clearance is required; we offer growth, benefits, and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• 10+ years of demonstrated relevant experience.
• Experience with Modeling and Simulation Frameworks.
• Expertise in Missile Defense data analysis (trajectory, RF/EOIR, environment, or tactical communications).
• Familiarity with Python scripting language.
• Familiarity with Linux.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a multi-tasking, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of HWIL architecture infrastructure (DIS/Ground Test adapters).
• Familiarity with Python data libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with NSITE and MDA CONOPS.

Responsibilities

• Provide M&S framework analysis support for GT events, CDI activities, and Flight Test support.
• Verify OSF and element configuration settings based on HWIL run data and documentation.
• Analyze integration of current and future software capabilities into OSF.
• Ensure event data quality and integrity through verification and validation of test data.
• Develop and run Python tools to support M&S analysis activities.
• Document and communicate analysis results across interdisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to ensure successful test simulation campaigns.
