Job summary

SimTech, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Modeling and Simulation Analyst to support MDA OSF analyses in a HWIL environment, delivering analytical support and threat simulations.

Requires 10+ years in M&S, a relevant degree, Python and Linux experience, and active TS/SCI clearance. You will develop Python tools, verify OSF configurations, and collaborate across Government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math or equivalent.
• 10+ years of demonstrated relevant experience in modeling and simulation.
• Experience with Modeling and Simulation Frameworks.
• Familiarity with Python scripting language and Linux.
• Ability to communicate, work in a team, and multi-task in a defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide M&S framework analysis support for GT events, CDI activities, and Flight Test support.
• Verify OSF and element configuration settings based on HWIL run data.
• Analyze integration of current/future software capabilities into OSF.
• Ensure data quality through verification and validation analyses.
• Develop and run Python tools to support M&S analysis.
• Document and communicate results across interdisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers for test simulation campaigns.
