Job summary

SimTech, Inc. in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Modeling and Simulation Software Integration Engineer (Mid/Senior). The role supports HWIL simulation for MDS ground/flight tests, develops and tests OSF, and collaborates across teams for mission planning and post-event analysis.

Willingness to travel 25-30% and potential night/weekend work are required. Candidate should have a Bachelor’s or higher in engineering/science, 5–7 years of related technical experience, and familiarity with containerized cloud

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
5-7 years of related technical experience.
Security+ and/or Linux+ certifications desirable.
Experience with containerized applications in a cloud environment.
Familiarity with OSF or similar simulation tools.
Experience with DoD/MDA programs and related test activities.

Responsibilities

Support integration, testing, and operation of HWIL simulation environments for tests and CI.
Install, configure, checkout, and test OSF systems per requirements.
Analyze HWIL architecture performance and resolve integration issues.
Evaluate network traffic and connections.
Install and configure M&S Framework per instructions, document results.
Execute test scenarios including threat modeling and mission-specific requirements.
Document configurations, procedures, and results for reports and test events.
Collaborate with teams in person and remotely, support mission planning and post-event analysis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
