Job summary

Bread Financial is seeking a Model Governance Senior Analyst (Finance) to ensure effective governance of risk models, including AML/BSA models, and to provide insightful risk metrics and reporting to senior management. The role will leverage GenAI and AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve governance efficiency across reporting activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience in banking, compliance, treasury, capital, stress testing, model, or related financial services function.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Financial Risk Management or related field.
• 4+ years experience in banking, compliance, treasury, capital, stress testing, model, or related financial services function.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of model governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assist in validation and governance of AML/BSA models.
• Record and evaluate model risks, and create controls for mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain KRIs and KPIs to measure model risk and performance.
