Job summary

Bread Financial is seeking a Model Governance Senior Analyst to strengthen governance and oversight of our models, identify model risks, work with AML/BSA models, and deliver risk metrics to senior leadership. The role will leverage GenAI and AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance analytical capabilities across governance and reporting activities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, validate controls, and help develop KRIs and KPIs.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in banking, compliance, treasury, capital, stress testing, model, or other financial services function.
High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's Degree in Financial Risk Management or related field.
4+ years experience in banking, compliance, treasury, capital, stress testing, model, or other financial services function.

Responsibilities

Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of model governance policies, procedures, and standards.
Assist in validation and governance of Bread Financial's AML/BSA models.
Recognize, evaluate and record model risks, while also creating and updating controls to monitor these risks and their mitigation strategies.
Assist in developing and maintaining KRIs and KPIs to measure model risk and performance.
