Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 2–4 years in model risk management or related area.
• Experience reviewing or validating quantitative/qualitative models.
• Ability to analyze documentation and apply independent judgment.
• Baseline familiarity with AI concepts and governance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct validations of models (internal/vendor) and monitor data quality.
• Review monitoring results and elevate emerging risks.
• Assess change requests and determine appropriate level of review.
• Provide effective challenge to model owners and document findings.
• Support risk dashboards and executive reporting.
