Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary project manager for Main Operations Center (MOC).
• Plan the MOC layout and oversee its buildout for training and exercises.
• Develop SOPs and trainings for MOC positions during Games operations.
• Enhance staffing, roster planning, and governance with external partners.
• Create information sharing, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
• Define external governance and ensure cross-partner alignment.
