Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Sr. Manager, Energy Program Management to lead a team of PMs delivering electrical design and delivery across Games venues.

You will supervise planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination with internal and external teams, ensuring smooth execution of energy programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Construction Management or closely related.
• Minimum 7 years in construction or energy program management.
• Experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Certifications (PMP, IPMA, CEM) strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Smartsheet, Power BI/Tableau for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5+ project managers and conduct weekly 1on1s to align goals.
• Oversee design and delivery of electrical equipment across multiple venues.
• Plan, schedule, and lead cross-functional meetings with engineering and power teams.
• Develop and implement detailed venue construction schedules and budgets.
• Monitor timelines, risks, changes, and reporting for the program.
• Create dashboards and tools to disseminate information to leadership.
