Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Mobile Technician III to perform advanced maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers. The role includes diagnosing complex issues, training other technicians, and performing service in-shop between calls.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on experience, brake and engine system expertise, welding ability, and a valid driver’s license. CDL is preferred but not required; regular on-site work and safety-focused practices are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years repairing Class 7 & 8 trucks and trailers.
• Diagnostic experience and training ability.
• Welding and tool handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunction and perform maintenance.
• Provide preventative maintenance solutions and train new staff.
• Inspect orders for completion and quality before delivery to customers.
• Repair brakes, suspension, electrical, exhaust, and engine systems; test drive to verify repairs.
