Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician II in Phoenix to service and repair Class 7 & 8 trailers. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostic tasks, and component replacements both in the field and in the shop, with limited supervision.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of trailer repair experience, basic welding and fabrication skills, and a valid driver's license. CDL is preferred but not required, and occasional after-hours on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience repairing class 7 & 8 trailers.
• Carpentry fabrication and welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Examine trailers to determine extent of damage or malfunction(s).
• Diagnoses, repairs, builds and rebuilds all parts of trailer equipment.
• Provide customers with preventative maintenance solution, whenever appropriate.
• Maintain 80% productivity.
• Prevent comebacks.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance of trailers and equipment.
