Job summary

Hostaway is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Mobile product, overseeing the mobile app strategy and delivery. You will own the vision and roadmap for a mobile‑first experience used by property managers, owners, and cleaners, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Research, and GTM teams.

You will lead continuous discovery, turning user insights into actionable requirements. You’ll prototype with AI tools, ship to validate ideas, and drive adoption, engagement, and retention while

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience with strong mobile app focus.
Track record building products for multiple user personas (Admins, Operators, Field Staff, Service Providers).
Experience with AI-enabled workflows and rapid prototyping using AI tools.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Hostaway mobile app.
Conduct continuous discovery with app users and translate insights into requirements.
Prototype ideas with AI tools and ship when it accelerates learning.
Own adoption, engagement, and retention metrics for a multi‑persona mobile product.
Coordinate GTM readiness with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, CS and Support.
