Job summary

Apptegy seeks a Senior Product Manager, Mobile, to own the product direction for the School App and Staff App. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience to craft compelling, reliable mobile experiences for diverse school communities.

The role blends product strategy, technical clarity, and customer outcomes, turning complex behaviors into precise specs for engineers and AI tools.

Qualifications

Experience leading native iOS and Android apps.
Ability to write product specs precise enough for engineers/AI agents.
Experience owning products for multiple teams with shared platform.
Strong understanding of CI/CD and mobile release mechanics.
Analytical, data-driven decision making.
Excellent cross-functional communication and influence.

Responsibilities

Own roadmap and sequencing for School App and Staff App.
Translate configurations into clear specifications for engineers and AI tools.
Understand districts, educators, students, families, and staff to inform mobile experiences.
Lead product discovery with research, analytics, feedback, and business impact.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design from concept to launch."
Define success metrics and monitor activation, engagement, retention, and ratings.
Advance AI-assisted delivery with specs for AI agents and CI validation.
Manage app store review, release hardening, staged rollouts, and version fragmentation.
