Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the SproutAbout mobile app on iOS and Android. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and analytics, partnering with UX, IT, Marketing, and field operations to drive growth in teacher communication activity and app engagement.

You will manage releases, instrumentation, and store presence, while aligning with stakeholders and leadership on progress. This role offers strong benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years of product management, including 5 years owning native mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Experience improving engagement and retention in a mobile app, including push notifications.
• Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase and defining event taxonomy.
• Experience with mobile release management, app store review cycles, feature flags, and crash/perf monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the SproutAbout mobile app on iOS and Android.
• Drive measurable improvements in teacher communication activity, MAU, and NPS through prioritized work.
• Define and maintain the backlog in Azure DevOps with sized epics, features, and stories.
• Establish analytics/instrumentation and guide roadmap with data and user research.
• Manage release planning, app health, and store submissions with release cadence and phased rollout.
• Lead intake and tradeoffs with stakeholders across operations, Marketing, IT, and UX.
• Own App Store presence and collaborate with Marketing on listings and ratings.
• Communicate roadmap and performance updates to leadership and field audiences.
• Other duties as assigned.
