Job summary

Apptegy is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Mobile to own the roadmap and delivery for the School App and Staff App. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience to craft intuitive, reliable mobile experiences for diverse school communities.

You’ll lead product discovery, specify requirements for engineers and AI tools, and manage mobile release processes. Strong CI/CD and analytics focus are required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading native iOS and Android apps through multiple releases.
• Experience owning products for multiple teams with shared platform.
• Experience guiding major technical changes while delivering for customers.
• Ability to write precise product specifications for engineers, QA or AI.
• Practical use of AI in delivery pipelines and defining acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and sequencing for School App and Staff App, including joint and distinct strategies.
• Convey configurations and role-based behavior into clear specs for engineers and AI tools.
• Develop deep understanding of districts, educators, students, families, and staff.
• Lead product discovery using research, analytics, feedback, and market context.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design from concept through launch.
• Own mobile release mechanics: app store review, rollout, and version management.
• Plan early with cross-functional teams to set realistic timelines.
• Advance AI-assisted delivery by writing specs and using CI for acceptance criteria.
• Define success metrics and monitor activation, engagement, retention, and ratings.
• Create feedback loops to continuously improve the mobile experience.
