Learning Care seeks a Senior Product Manager, Mobile App to lead the SproutAbout mobile experience for families and school teams. You will own vision, roadmap, and backlog for iOS and Android, guiding release planning and app health with cross-functional partners in UX, IT, vendor engineering, Marketing and field operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of product management experience, including 5 years owning native mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Experience improving engagement and retention in mobile apps, including push notifications and personalization.
• Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase; defining event taxonomy and funnel analyses.
• Experience with mobile release management, app store reviews, feature flags, phased rollout, and crash monitoring.

• Drive measurable improvements in teacher communication activity, MAU, and NPS.
• Define and maintain product backlog in Azure DevOps with sized epics, features, and stories.
• Establish product analytics and instrumentation; use data and feedback to guide roadmap.
• Lead release planning, health, and app store submissions in coordination with engineering and Marketing.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and tradeoff discussions across stakeholders.
