Job summary

Gallup is seeking a Lead Mobile Design Strategist to drive the mobile experience across CliftonStrengths and Gallup Access for iOS and Android. You will translate complex data models into intuitive interfaces, partnering with product, engineering and content teams to deliver user-centered solutions that reflect Gallup's scientific approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human-computer interaction, product design, interaction design, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience, required

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end mobile design solutions, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interface designs across iOS and Android
• Ensure designs reflect system-level logic, data integrity and alignment with platform architecture
• Design for mobile realities: gestures, notifications, offline states and small-screen hierarchy
• Partner with product managers, engineers and content strategists in sprint planning and design reviews
• Work with senior scientists to make complex research and data accessible for users
• Develop and track metrics to quantify design impact on mobile engagement and revenue
• Contribute to Gallup's design system with mobile-specific components
• Refine designs based on usability testing, analytics and stakeholder feedback
• Provide guidance to other designers and promote best practices
• Stay current with emerging technologies and AI-enabled workflows that enhance quality and speed
