Job summary

Gallup is seeking a Senior Mobile Product Designer to lead the design of our mobile experiences across CliftonStrengths and Gallup Access. You will translate complex data and business requirements into intuitive mobile interfaces for iOS and Android, partnering with product, engineering, and content teams to deliver cohesive, accessible solutions.

You will apply systems thinking and visual craft to ship high-quality mobile work aligned with product cycles, measuring business impact and guiding

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in HCI, product/ interaction design, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Six+ years of experience designing enterprise and consumer digital products.
At least three years designing native or cross‑platform mobile apps.
Two+ years at a senior design level.
End-to-end mobile product ownership on iOS/Android.
Knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, and accessibility standards.
Experience contributing to and working within design systems.
Strong portfolio with shipped mobile product work and measurable impact.
Proficiency in Figma and modern component-based design workflows.
Experience with AI tools to enhance design and workflows.
Experience guiding other designers.

Responsibilities

Define and execute end-to-end mobile design solutions for iOS and Android.
Ensure designs reflect system-level logic and platform conventions.
Design for gestures, offline states, and information hierarchy on small screens.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams in Agile sprints.
Work with scientists to make complex research data accessible.
Develop metrics to measure design impact on engagement and retention.
Contribute to evolution of Gallup's design system for mobile.
Refine designs based on usability testing and analytics.
Provide guidance to other designers and maintain documentation.
Stay current with trends and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
