Job summary

Integra Resources Corp. in Imlay, NV is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Planning Supervisor to direct planning and scheduling for mobile equipment, including wheeled and tracked assets, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role reports to the Mobile Maintenance General Supervisor and leads a team of planners, developing weekly to long-range schedules, and driving KPI reporting, backlog management, and CMMS data quality to support production uptime.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive mobile equipment maintenance or planning experience.
• Two years of lead-planner or supervisory experience.
• Experience in surface mining environments.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, backlog management and reliability.
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems and data quality.
• Strong leadership and personnel development skills.
• Ability to develop KPIs and actionable improvements.
• MSHA safety requirements knowledge.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling for mobile equipment to meet production needs.
• Ensure safety, MSHA, and environmental requirements are applied.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and long-range maintenance schedules.
• Review and approve major maintenance plans and complex work packages.
• Monitor KPI metrics like backlog, schedule compliance, and readiness.
• Oversee CMMS data quality and work-order structure.
• Coordinate with Operations to minimize downtime.
• Provide coaching and performance reviews for planners.
