You will partner with product, design, and leadership to align priorities and release value-driven mobile apps early and often. Leadership level 6 with competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering teams and organizations.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with IoT or connected-device products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of mobile engineers delivering customer-facing applications used by millions of drivers worldwide.
• Provide technical leadership from concept to production for scalable, reliable mobile experiences.
• Review product designs, architectures, and engineering approaches.
• Evaluate emerging mobile technologies, tools, and practices.
• Establish standards for documentation, code quality, testing, and operations.
• Partner with product managers and designers to deliver customer value.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture focused on learning and ownership.
