What you’ll own:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and sharing best practices in mobile development.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience across diverse devices and OS versions.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance our mobile offerings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to rapid prototyping, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of our mobile platforms.

What you Bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, including 3+ years focused on React Native, with hands-on experience building and scaling consumer-facing apps from initial launch to significant user adoption.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including familiarity with modern TypeScript libraries and tooling.
• Experience in developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, as well as shipping React Native apps on the web.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
• Knowledge of WebSockets, offline storage, and performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode for iOS, Android Studio for Android) and native modules.

• Knowledge in AI, ML, and experience with LLMs and SD is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote team environment.
