Cox Fleet in Richmond, VA is hiring a Sr. Mobile Diesel Technician to support on-site fleet maintenance and mobile service across the region. The role involves PMs, DOT inspections, engine and electrical repairs, and road testing in a mobile/field environment.

Candidates must have HS diploma or GED with 3 years related experience, valid driver’s license, and ASE certifications or equivalents. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits apply.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 3 years’ related experience.
• Possess and supply a set of hand tools.
• DOT/FMCSA pre-employment screening and DOT physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs, DOT inspections and repairs in mobile/field environment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, engine and transmission systems.
