Job summary

A leading fleet maintenance company is looking for a Sr. Mobile Diesel Technician in Indianapolis, IN. The successful applicant will perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and advanced repairs on various vehicles. Ideal candidates must have 5 years of experience and required certifications (ASE T8, 608/609) within 18 months. Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess hand tools necessary for job duties.
• Must be able to pass DOT-regulated background checks and physicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections and preventative maintenance in a mobile environment.
• Diagnose and repair various types of truck equipment including brakes and cooling systems.
• Maintain and operate the company-issued service vehicle.
