High Point & Affiliated Organizations in Brockton is seeking a Bachelors Mobile Crisis Clinician - Per Diem to support 24/7 crisis response. The role provides crisis assessment and linkage to services for adults and youth, with flexible per diem shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or social sciences and has experience in behavioral health. Pay ranges $29-$34 per hour, commensurate with experience and education.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; major preferred in psychology, social work, or social sciences.
Experience in behavioral health settings is preferred (inpatient, outpatient, or emergency).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Link patients with aftercare services prior to discharge and aid access to outpatient services.
Evaluate with patients past successes and barriers to avoid re-hospitalization.
Provide post-evaluation follow-up via face-to-face or phone support.
Monitor patients onsite during disposition planning or boarding at community locations.
Respond to emergency calls with triage and area resources as appropriate.
Verify patient insurance and benefits; assist with authorizations when needed.
