Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a Master’s Level Clinician for the Brockton, MA Opioid Treatment Program. The role supports crisis intervention, individual counseling, and aftercare planning in a full-time schedule (7am–3:30pm; some shifts until 4:30pm or Saturdays).

A Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, with licensure maintained and HIPAA compliance emphasized. This position offers a competitive pay range ($33–$39/hr) with eligibility for a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, or social work.
• Minimum of one year supervised substance use and/or mental health disorder counseling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Crisis intervention and maintain assigned caseload.
• Provide clinical services including assessments, individual counseling, treatment plans, weekly progress notes, and aftercare planning.
• Make referrals when appropriate and connect patients with aftercare services.
• Maintain patients' medical records with timely, complete entries.
• Deliver clinical services in-person and via telehealth.
• Attend unit/facility meetings, case conferences, and mandatory trainings.
• Maintain professional licensure and comply with confidentiality regulations (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2).
