Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Application Security Engineer with deep mobile security expertise. This hands-on role partners with mobile, backend, and platform teams to prevent and remediate security issues across iOS, Android, APIs, and backend systems.

Expect architecture reviews, secure design influence, and security-focused delivery without slowing velocity. Strong mobile threat modeling, testing, and code review skills are essential, with proficiency in Ruby,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in application security.
Hands-on experience securing iOS and Android in production.
Strong understanding of mobile threat models and attack techniques.
Experience with mobile security testing techniques (static & dynamic).
Familiar with iOS/Android platform security features.

Responsibilities

Build and improve security capabilities, automation, and guardrails for mobile apps and backend/API services.
Perform application or API/backend penetration testing.
Identify, triage, and remediate vulnerabilities across company products.
Partner with engineering/product teams to embed security into the SDLC across mobile apps, APIs, and backend services.
Perform architecture and code reviews with focus on secure data storage, auth, secure communication, and session handling.
Leverage AI to accelerate security workflows and define production-grade AI security controls.
