Job summary

Nord Security is seeking a proactive Mobile Security Engineer focused on iOS applications. You will conduct security reviews of app designs and libraries, perform both automated and manual vulnerability assessments, and collaborate with development teams to implement secure architectures.

You will also build scripts and tooling to advance mobile security testing across projects. The role requires hands-on experience with iOS security concepts, secure coding, and tooling like Frida, MobSF, Burp

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile app security assessment planning, testing, and reporting focused on iOS.
• Strong secure coding practices and ability to perform manual security code audit.
• Proficiency in Swift/Objective-C and reading C/C++ in dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security reviews of mobile applications and third-party libraries/SDKs.
• Perform vulnerability assessments using automated tools and manual techniques (SAST, DAST, SCA, pentest).
• Carry out end-to-end security assessments of iOS apps (static and dynamic analysis).
• Collaborate with developers to design secure architectures and controls.
• Develop scripts and tooling to enhance mobile security testing.
