Qualifications

Requires 12+ years of software engineering experience, with Staff/Principal level tenure.
Leads cross-team technical decisions and platform direction including AI-driven SDLC standards.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and production systems.
Designs and evolves large-scale distributed systems with APIs, data pipelines and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

Drive architecture alignment across multiple teams.
Mentor senior engineers and elevate code quality through reviews.
Define and scale platform standards and guardrails.
Collaborate with product, data, security, and infra teams to deliver solutions.
