Job summary

Termius Corporation is seeking a Mobile Tech Lead / Architect to own the mobile architecture and roadmap for iOS and Android, ensuring consistency with the desktop product. You will lead a distributed team across countries, mentor engineers, and stay hands-on in building complex features and resolving critical issues.

The role emphasizes modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development workflows, and requires deep expertise in native platforms with strong system-design

Qualifications

• Extensive experience shipping complex production mobile apps.
• Experience in a leadership or architect role.
• Deep native Android or iOS expertise with knowledge of the other.
• Strong debugging, testing, and system-design skills.
• Familiarity with networking, SSH, cryptography, or terminal emulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile architecture and technical roadmap for iOS and Android.
• Lead and mentor the mobile team through code reviews and standards.
• Stay hands-on: design and build complex features and resolve issues.
• Improve the mobile foundation: CI/CD, release, testing, crash monitoring.
• Introduce modern practices including AI-assisted development workflows.
