Northern Trust seeks a Sr. Lead, SW Full Stack Engg to guide the design, development, and delivery of enterprise mobile apps for iOS and Android. You will lead architecture, set technical direction, and collaborate with product, UX, QA, and backend teams to ensure secure, scalable mobile experiences.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software engineering with hands-on mobile expertise, strong leadership, and experience with CI/CD, cloud deployments, and secure development practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including native mobile development for iOS and Android.
• Proficiency with iOS tech (Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit/Xcode).
• Proficiency with Android tech (Kotlin/Java/Android Studio/Jetpack).
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and supporting release processes.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, security, accessibility, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with React-based web apps and API integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, design, development, and maintenance of native mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Provide technical direction, review designs and code, and promote best practices.
• Build secure, scalable mobile features using Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Java.
• Partner with product, UX, QA, backend, web, cloud, and release teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Integrate apps with APIs, authentication, analytics, feature flags, and SDKs.
• Collaborate with React web teams to align UX and API usage across channels.
• Work with backend teams on APIs, microservices, cloud deployments, and PCF/Cloud Foundry.
• Drive CI/CD, release readiness, troubleshooting, and production support.
