Job summary

AWS Event Technology Team is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to design, build, and operate an AI-driven event experience platform for hundreds of thousands of attendees. You will own front-end and back-end delivery, including a multi-agent system and LLM orchestration, with a focus on performance and reliability at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
• 1+ years of related occupational experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate a multi-agent conversational AI system powered by Amazon Bedrock for 500,000+ attendees across 45+ AWS events annually.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery across the full stack: React Native frontend, serverless backend (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB), and LLM orchestration.
• Define metrics, ensure performance and reliability at scale, and mentor engineers and interns.
