Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Redmond seeks a motivated MMIC Design Engineer to develop next-generation MMICs for space and ground infrastructures. Responsibilities include deriving hardware specifications, simulating MMIC circuits, and evaluating prototypes. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of RF/microwave circuit design experience. Qualifications

• 5+ years of research and/or industry experience in RF/microwave circuit design.
• Experience with GaAs and/or GaN MMIC design.

Responsibilities

• Derive hardware specifications for the RF system and MMIC blocks.
• Develop MMIC products from specification to mass production.
• Simulate and model MMIC front end circuits.
• Determine packaging and implementation of MMICs.
• Evaluate and characterize MMIC prototypes.
