Job summary

MediaTek Research Lab Inc. is seeking a senior staff design engineer for our Woburn office. This role involves designing analog, mixed-signal, or RF circuits and working with a diverse global team focused on cutting-edge wireless technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in integrated circuit design, along with strong analysis and design skills. A comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of $154,400 – $220,000 will be provided.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of linear systems and signal processing.
• Previous tape-out experience highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design analog, mixed-signal, or RF circuits.
• Guide layout in advanced technology nodes.
• Document design details and present at review meetings.
• Define experimental test procedures and evaluate silicon in the lab.
• Assist in architecture investigation and technology exploration.
