Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in the United States seeks an experienced MMIS Administrator to oversee day-to-day operation of the Materials Management System. You will implement and upgrade Workday MMIS, maintain item master data, and provide reports to management to drive informed decisions.

Responsibilities include supporting system upgrades, guiding staff, and ensuring data integrity across Workday, GHX, Pyxis, and EPIC. This role requires strong coordination with Supply Chain leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years’ experience with materials management information systems.
• Direct healthcare inventory control experience; independent and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Implement and upgrade Supply Chain software systems including Workday MMIS.
• Maintain item master data, pricing, and interface data.
• Receive and resolve Help Desk Remedy tickets for Workday issues.
• Monitor Workday, GHX, Pyxis and EPIC processes; provide resolutions.
• Design and generate reports for management and scheduled distribution.
