Job summary

Montefiore Health System is seeking an Associate Director of Materials Management Systems to define and execute the enterprise strategy for MMIS, including Infor ERP modules and InnerTrack for PO receiving and package tracking. The role oversees MM operations across multiple sites and partners with IT, sourcing, data analytics and clinical operations to standardize processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of progressive experience in Materials Management or MMIS within a large healthcare system.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving IT, operations, and analytics teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise Materials Management systems strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for inventory optimization and system adoption.
• Lead end-to-end functional testing for ERP updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Partner with MIT and vendors to resolve issues and ensure production readiness.
• Oversee reporting strategy and analytics to support executive decision-making.
