Job summary

Design MMICs with ADS/MWO, integrate into single or multi-chip modules, and manage DVT in the Microwave Lab across concept to production.

Requires GaN/GaAs expertise, strong S-parameter measurements, and ability to communicate complex concepts; US citizenship and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Recent and relevant experience designing microwave/millimeter-wave MMICs (amplifiers, switches, phase shifters, attenuators, TDUs, FEMs).
• Experience with GaN/GaAs III-V technologies.
• Strong understanding of FET behavior.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for MMIC-based product development.
• Design MMICs using linear/nonlinear models and EM tools; integrate into modules.
• Oversee product checkout, DVT, and testing in Microwave Lab; present results.
