The position emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration with pathologists, physicians, and staff to maintain high-quality results and compliance from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Successful completion of an approved clinical laboratory training internship.

Responsibilities

• Maintains active participation in the corporate technical committee for assigned area to include assisting with policy development and revisions.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains test menus based on organizational needs.
• Resolves problems and identifies the most appropriate solution to meet lab objectives.
• Maintains communication with Laboratory team members and customers including physicians.
