Intermountain Health in Murray is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Operations Manager to oversee deployment and monitoring of enterprise ML solutions. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring Responsible AI practices, and align AI initiatives with business goals to reduce costs and improve member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering and implementing successful MLOps infrastructure and solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of ML methodologies and frameworks including agentic systems.
• Experience with Python, SQL and R for ML.
• Experience with production ML frameworks including Spark, TensorFlow, MLFlow, LangChain.

Responsabilités

• Oversee deployment and monitoring of enterprise ML solutions.
• Lead ML engineering, data engineering, software engineering and cloud operations teams.
• Ensure Responsible AI practices in monitoring ML solutions.
