Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is hiring for the Axion Data team to build the data engine that trains perception models. You will optimize data pipelines and run ML models on edge and cloud, enabling continual model improvement before deployment.

This role focuses on MLOps tooling, edge execution, and scalable data ingestion. We value 5+ years of relevant experience, ML infra familiarity, microservices expertise, and readiness to own a critical data platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with modern ML infrastructure and running large-scale GPU jobs.
• Experience creating or working on microservices/databases for data-oriented software.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership in a new product team.
• US citizenship and eligibility to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Construct optimized data pipelines to run ML models.
• Evolve data engine architecture to scale high-fidelity labels and accelerate ML iterations.
• Integrate foundation models (LLMs, VLMs) to automate labeling and data discovery.
• Develop MLOps tooling to gain insight and visibility into the pipeline.
