Job summary

You will collaborate with data engineering, product, and MLOps teams to implement scalable, production-ready systems, ensure model governance and fairness, and translate complex results into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with an Active TS/SCI CIP
• Minimum 10 years of experience developing ML models and analytics solutions
• Proven experience with generative AI techniques and large language models
• Strong data exploration, feature engineering, validation, and refinement skills
• Excellent collaboration to partner with cross-functional teams
• Ability to explain complex technical results to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with model lifecycle management and monitoring for bias and fairness

Responsibilities
