Placements24 is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for a fully remote role. You will design and deploy ML models across NLP, CV, and analytics, collaborating with researchers and engineers to bring research into production.

You will lead ML pipeline development, optimize models, and advance state-of-the-art techniques, while mentoring junior engineers and communicating findings to stakeholders. Flexible remote work with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or research.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying sophisticated ML models in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced ML models and algorithms for NLP, computer vision, and analytics.
• Research new ML techniques and experiment with cutting-edge frameworks.
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Optimize ML models for performance, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to productionize research.
• Write clean, well-documented Python code using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Stay updated on latest ML research and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
• Communicate complex results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
